Because of no other reason I bought another soldering iron and made it a task to clear off the workbench and solder the various kits that I have collected over the last 'Decade'.

Yes, that was the word decade!

So soon I'll be building some Z80 stuff.

Collecting parts

Still collecting parts for G80S board but have IC sockets so should install the surface mount parts real soon now.

Z80 Single Board Computer

G80-S single board computer

In December I got another p.c. board to build a retro-computer that uses the Z80 micro-processor.

There are surface mount resistor and capacitors to solder to bottom side of board and a GAL logic chip shown above.  Started to create a shopping list on E-bay, Digi-key and Mouser to populate the board to get a working computer.
